Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 11, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Pico ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Pico mobile application (the "App").
1. Information We Collect
- Anonymous identifier. When you first launch the App, we automatically create a random, anonymous identifier for your device. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal contact details.
- App content. The priorities you create, focus session activity, and reflections you record in the App.
- Usage analytics. We use Google Firebase Analytics to collect usage data such as screens viewed, features used, session duration, device model, operating system version, and app version. This data is associated only with your random anonymous identifier — it is not linked to your name, email, or any other information that could identify you personally.
- Purchase information. Subscriptions are processed by Apple and managed through RevenueCat. We receive subscription status and transaction identifiers, but never your payment card details.
- Attribution data. If you installed the App after tapping an Apple Search Ads advertisement, we may receive attribution information from Apple (such as the campaign that led to the install). This data does not personally identify you.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and improve the App's features and your experience.
- To store your priorities, focus sessions, and progress so the App works reliably.
- To understand how the App is used so we can make it better.
- To manage your subscription and provide access to premium features.
- To measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns.
3. Third-Party Services
We share data with the following service providers only to the extent necessary to operate the App:
- Google Firebase (analytics and infrastructure) — Firebase Privacy
- RevenueCat (subscription management) — RevenueCat Privacy
- Apple (payments and ad attribution) — Apple Privacy
We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
4. Data Retention
We retain the data associated with your anonymous identifier for as long as you use the App. If you would like this data deleted, contact us at info@soulmateapp.co and we will delete it within 30 days, except where we are required to keep it longer by law.
5. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the data associated with your use of the App. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@soulmateapp.co.
6. Security
We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information appropriately.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
